Brakes:  All AAA Marine Trailers feature DEEMAXX Slip- Over Maxx Coated vented disc brakes  on every axles for maximum stopping power at all times.  This braking system  is specially coated to assure long-lasting corrosion resistance.  The rotor is  uniquely designed to draw cooling aur from the rotors interior. DEEMAXX Warranty offers, 6 yrs on the stainless steel and 3 yrs on the MAXX COATING. 

Braking System:  DEEMAXX Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator, coupled with our DEEMAXX brakes package ensures on- demand braking power for heavy loads.  AAA Marine EOH system is securely mounted within the beam to conceal the unit from weathering to ensure the longevity of its use. 

Brake Lines & Wiring:  AAA Marine trailers uses marine grade wiring  ensuring all brake lines and wiring is secured to I-beam frame every 18"  with R- clamps with no twists or turns to ensure the longevity of the lines. 

Airtight Technology: This upgrade is available for all of our trailers.  Airtight is a pressurized hub protectors ensure water intrusion from entering and oxidizing the bearing chamber.  This technology ensures a safe ride with just one glance; allowing the driver to confirm adequate air pressure to be easily monitored and reviewed.  The  design of the diaphragm allows the integrity of the seal to be reviewed just before every ride.

Hubs:  Airtight pressurized hub protectors protect from water intrusion protecting the longevity of the the product. 

Axles: AAA Marine uses Dexter, Knott, Lippert & Tie-Down branded  galvanized steel torsion axles to ensure a smooth ride, with a loading capacity specific to your boats needs.  Trailers are configured to ensures a smooth ride when riding a loaded or not loaded trailer. 

Hardware: AAA Marine uses non- magnetic marine-grade stainless steel hardware for corrosion resistance and maximum product life. We use an Anti-Seize Lubricant on every fastened screw to protect the hardware against galling.  

Bunks: Pressure-Treated  Marine- Grade wood is carpeted with marine- grade weather resistant carpet and thru- bolted with stainless steel hardware to fully-welded uprights.  The bunk design is engineered for ideal hull support and an easy launch and recovery.  Bunk covers are recommended for aluminum boat construction.  

Lighting:  Tecniq tail lights are used on all of our trailers, offering 100% waterproof & stylish design, presenting the best underwater accent lights available.  Tecniq is backed by the industry's leading Limited Warranty. Our custom tail light mounting design ensures high visibility, submergibility for a flush- mounted sleek LED tail light design; the design is highly durable and protects the light from damage.    

Tires & Wheels:  All of our standard trailers come equipped with Goodyear Endurance Tires for trailers with tires sized at 14", 15" and 16" E-rated.  Aluminum wheel upgrades are available at a discounted price for those customers purchasing a new trailer.

AAA Marine Aluminum Boat Trailers  are custom built trailers based on the manufacturer specifications of the make and model of your boat.  Your bunks are adjusted to fit your boat to  be ready for the water once you are;  little or no adjusting is required.  

Production Time: Build time is estimated two to four weeks from the date of the deposit.
